My approach is holistic and acknowledges the spiritual dimension as well as the physical, emotional and psychological. It is a counselling service for Christians and non Christians, and for those who have no faith. I use a psychodynamic integrative model which draws on CBT, TA, Gestalt, Person Centered and Egan.

I abide by the ACC Code of Ethics and am committed to ongoing professional development. The practice is based in Wadebridge.
